Social Construct

The idea that religion is a social construct has been around for awhile. Feuerbach, Marx and Freud I think promoted the idea. Today we have Harris, Dawkins, and Hitchens saying the same type of things. But what is there to say that Atheism isn't a social construct? After all if Atheism says that all our knowledge is just from man's senses, then by definition Atheism is thought up by man.

  1. Nice one

I guess the presuppositions are different and that we talk past each other at one level, even though we are talking about the same things.
